Hi, I am Jeffrey Kabatznick del Castillo
With over two decades of experience, I have dedicated myself to appraising residential properties in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area. However, my journey began in an entirely different part of the world. Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, I owe my diverse background to my father, who worked for N.A.S.A. and met my beautiful mother during his time there. While they had initially intended to return to the United States, they decided to stay in Ecuador, where I spent my formative years until the age of 18.

Upon my arrival in the States, I took a three-year hiatus before pursuing my college education. Following graduation, I embarked on a thirteen-year career in music and theater arts. Serendipity struck when a friend's roommate, an appraiser, introduced me to the profession. Intrigued by the work, I gradually found myself drawn deeper into the field.

Over the course of my 20+ years in the industry, I have taken great pride in serving both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets. My bilingual and bi-cultural background has proven invaluable in bridging the language gap and alleviating any concerns related to property access and understanding the scope of my work. Additionally, I make it a point to capture the essence of each property through detailed photography, ensuring a comprehensive appraisal process.

My staff includes licensed residential and FHA approved appraisers, as well as state-certified general appraisers.
